voice artist release forms- Clearances and permissions	A release form is a legal document which will help you not to get sued for using someone else’s work.	We don’t need any actors in our work as we already have enough people in our group to do voiceovers. we need to have permission from the people that we can use their voices.
PPL	A phonographic performance limited is a British music copyright company which allows them to check all copyrighted sounds/recordings for radio broadcast.	We will have to use music which is non-copyrighted to not get sued. we will have a non copyrighted music as it could get us in trouble.
PRS	A performing right society is when they pay members to check the agreements with the music users.	We will have people which know about our radio show. We will need to get forms for the members that will be in our radio shows, as this will be their permission.
Royalties	Royalties are payments which buy out someone’s property.	We will not be buying anyone’s property as we will be working within a very low budget. We will be provided by the school with all the equipment.
Copyright	Copyright is when someone has full control over the use of their property and which no one else is able to use	We will be only using non-copyrighted music as we could get fined for using copyrighted music and this is also an offense.
Offensive content	Offensive content is something that could harm or offend someone in any type of way.	We will make sure there is no swearing or any offensive content in our radio show as this could give us a bad image of our show.
Slander	This is an action or crime which is a wrong spoken statement which could damage a person’s reputation.	We will make sure no information is given out. We will need to keep all personal information safe so that it doesn't ruin anyones reputation.
Defamation	This is when you damage a reputation of a person by giving false information.	No information will be given out as this could ruin someone’s life.
Representation	This is a type of way something or someone is shown.	We wont be using stereotypes in our radio show. We need to make sure everything is clean, and its not got anything which offends anyone.
